use kiln command window

run setPath.bat

  path=%path%;C:\Program Files (x86)\Instantiations\tortisehg
  cd vastdocs
  hg incoming
  hg pull
  pause
  hg update
  pause
  hg status
  

run hg incoming, pull, merge, update if necessary (follow prompts)

remember to update relevant .xml files (tocsg.xml) too even if to just add comments

add new files from explorer right click menu

put Case 12345 on commit *

to clone a repository, do C:\aVast\Kiln>hg clone https://inst.kilnhg.com/Code/vastdocs/Group/vastdocs vastdocs where vastdocs does not exist
