====== Debugging ======

  * If the packaged sim image crashes, it will create a debug file something like programData\jas\jacs\whSim00.sdf
  * To debug this:
  * open a clean image
  * load Jas Packaging Instructions which will add an XD menu item to the System Transcript.
  * From the System Transcript, select Tools -> Load/Unload Features, then load the ST: Server Workbench, Base feature.
  * click the XD menu item and create a new XD image. You can save it.
  * Load the config map JAS Packaging: Sim XD with required maps.
  * From the System Transcript, select Open Debugger.
  * Select Processes -> Add Stack Trace and follow the prompts.
