  * EsLoggingFrameworkApp V8.5.0 b198 + 48906 a should not have the V8.5.0 (this is mostly a cosmetic issue, but it could cause confusion since b198 is really part of V8.5.1)
  *     ENVY/Image Base b198 + 48906 a should be ENVY/Image Base b198 + 48884, 48784, 48906 d since it includes 3 fixes for b199.
